SB 21 Mental Health Awareness License Plate
SB21(Glazer) would require the Department of Education (CDE) to apply for a special interest license plate with the DMV. The monies raised by the sale of these plates goes to the CDE to equitably fund Wellness Centers and school mental health support for our children.
