Real stories. Practical Tool. Lasting Impact
Real conversations that help students understand mental health, recognize when someone may need support, and know what to do next.
Practical, engaging training that gives educators and staff tools they can use immediately.
Relevant, human-centered training for organizations that want to better support the people they serve.

Real conversations with students about anxiety, depression, and asking for help—delivered directly in classrooms and school communities.

Equipping adults with practical tools to recognize and respond when a young person is struggling.

From local schools to national stages, bringing youth mental health into the conversation across California and the USA.

Helping schools build spaces and systems where students feel safe, supported, and seen every day.

BeingwellCA, in partnership with the California Department of Education, is working to bring California's Mental Health Awareness License Plate to the road.
The plate will create a visible symbol of support while generating ongoing funding to strengthen youth mental health efforts across California.

“We especially appreciated the moments of humor you incorporated into such an important and serious topic, as well as the personal stories you shared.”
Paula Benone
Associate Director of Talent
Our son Colin was a wonderfully funny young man, son, brother, and fierce friend who lost his battle with depression at age 15.
He could calm a rambunctious Scout Troop with just his harmonica, and cause hearts to soar with his French horn. He was known for his kindness to others, the hugs that took away whatever was hurting, and a sense of humor and wisdom well beyond his years.
We miss him more than words can say.
BeingwellCA was created in Colin's honor — to help young people, families, educators, and communities have the conversations, tools, and support they need when the world becomes too much.
Colin's story is where our work began. His memory continues to guide why we do it.

BeingwellCA turns conversations about mental health into action — in classrooms, schools, workplaces, and communities.
Your support helps us show up, share practical tools, and take good ideas further.
Believe in the work. Be part of what comes next.
